In this role, you ensure the smooth operation of various properties and always keep technical systems under control.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Supervision and monitoring of all building technical systems (HVACSE)
- Planning, control and documentation of maintenance
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
- Administrative handling of daily business
- Organisation and implementation of projects in the field of building technology
- Development of optimisation possibilities to reduce operating costs
- On-call duty

- Basic technical training in the field of HVACS or electrical
- Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Experience in technical building maintenance
- Organisational and communication talent, constructive teamwork
- Strong service orientation
- Driving licence category B
- Good IT user skills
