Head of Design & Build

Your Responsibilities

• You further develop our strategy, identify market opportunities, and turn them into a viable business model
• You bring projects to completion: From the first client meeting through design, costing, and awarding contracts to execution and handover, you keep everything on track
• You make quality visible: You realise international projects in the premium and luxury sector with your team and create references that speak for Studio Tonic
• You build a strong network of planners, craftsmen, suppliers, and execution partners and work closely with our design and planning team
• You keep the numbers under control: Budgets, margins, deadlines, and risks are as much part of the project for you as diverse materials and details
• You develop clear processes, build competencies, and take on personnel management as the organisation grows

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
• More than 10 years of professional experience in project management with a focus on premium retail or interior design
• Education and training in design, technical, and business management fields
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and the ability to inspire people
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are a must
