The Adelheid Clinic with 140 beds stands as the leading rehabilitation centre in Central Switzerland, renowned for the highest quality in patient care. The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, internal oncology, and geriatric patients. We are looking for a committed and experienced individual starting 1 April 2027 as

Chief Physician Secretary 80 – 100%

Medicine

In this responsible position, you will ensure the smooth organisation of our medical secretariat together with your team. This includes timely writing of medical reports, secretarial work for senior physicians, organisation of medical consultation hours, billing of outpatient medical services, contacts with our referrers, health insurance companies, as well as patients, etc.

You will take on the personnel, professional, and organisational leadership of 5 employees and actively drive the further development of the secretariat.

Our Desired Profile

• Completed commercial basic training as well as training as a chief physician secretary
• Professional experience in a medical environment, ideally in a chief physician secretariat
• Confident German language skills as well as very good MS Office user knowledge
• High service orientation and independent working style
• Professional appearance, discretion, and reliability
