Your Tasks

• Scheduling of vehicles and coordination of vehicle logistics
• Creation and management of sales documents
• Support of the sales team with administrative tasks
• Maintenance and updating of vehicle data in internal systems
• Communication with suppliers and partners

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in vehicle scheduling or sales administration is an advantage
• Good IT skills, especially in MS Office
• Organisational talent and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Team spirit and a high level of service orientation
