In the Home & Care sector, you support our clients with household tasks and accompany them in their daily lives. You help ensure they can live in their familiar surroundings and relieve them of daily chores.

• You ensure that our clients feel comfortable at home and can live independently in their familiar environment for a long time. The main part of your work is housekeeping (maintenance cleaning/weekly cleaning). This includes cleaning living areas and bathrooms, laundry care, tidying up as well as occasionally simple tasks such as watering plants or caring for pets.
• Additionally, you sometimes accompany our clients in their daily lives, for example through personal conversations or by supporting them in various small activities.
• You work in different households and treat the various living and housing situations of our clients with respect and openness.
• You document your provided services and observations electronically in our Perigon system – simply and clearly.

• Professional experience in the service sector (e.g. housekeeping, gastronomy) or completed training in this field
• German language skills (at least level B2) as well as the ability to understand Swiss German
• Completed course in housekeeping and care or basic course as a home helper is an advantage
• Service orientation as well as reliability, independence and flexibility
• Basic knowledge in handling electronic devices and willingness to further develop these

• Family-friendly employment conditions with working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
