• Independently managing the accounting of owner-occupier communities from A to Z
• Preparation of annual financial statements and reports for investors with a focus on the specific requirements of owner-occupier communities
• Carrying out VAT accounting and supporting tax-related queries
• Preparation and independent handling of external audits as well as ensuring proper accounting practices.
• Coordination and close collaboration with investors
• Supporting and working closely with the property management team

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting is a must, further training in finance is an advantage
• Fluent German, good knowledge of French
• Independent and precise working style
