About the job

Our activity is organized around three complementary areas of expertise: Process (Chemical, Thermal, Mechanical Engineering), EIA (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

As part of our development in French-speaking Switzerland, we are currently strengthening our team and looking for a

EIA DESIGN OFFICE TECHNICIAN

Your missions:

Design electrical diagrams via CAD from quotes or specifications.
Create layout plans for electrical cabinets, connections, and cable trays.
Write calculation notes (protections, cables, selectivity) and power balances.
Recommend component choices and prepare material lists.
Consult suppliers and ensure technical follow-up.
Carry out site surveys and pre-study visits.
Participate in on-site commissioning and technical support.
Contribute to internal and external project meetings.

Your profile:

Training as a technician ES or engineer HES in electrical engineering.
Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
Mastery of industrial PLCs (Schneider, Siemens, Emerson) and networks (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, ASI…).
Good knowledge of industrial PLC and SCADA programming.
Familiarity with safety automation (SIL loops).
Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, EPLAN, See Electrical.
