What you can achieve.
- You independently conduct facility and in-office inspections in the area of track facilities and document your results using the available tools.
- With your technical acumen, you carry out standardised measurement work on track and switch systems, independently or in a team, ensuring precise records in the systems.
- You take the necessary immediate measures and report safety-relevant defects without delay to keep train traffic safe.
- You support the Technical Assistant in planning and conducting route inspections as well as in evaluating and analysing the results. Your observations are crucial for sustainable solutions.
- Assignments as safety chief and occasionally as safety guard complement your varied range of tasks.
What you bring with you.
- You work independently, reliably and take responsibility. Safety is your top priority.
- You are characterised by organisational talent, initiative and flexibility.
- You have several years of practical experience in the area of track facilities and know the challenges on site.
- You are proficient with IT applications and open to further developing your skills.
- You have completed vocational training in transport route construction / civil engineering as well as a category B driving licence. Professional further training as a foreman, site manager or chief fitter rounds off your profile.
