The Limmattal Hospital Association, with 188 acute care beds and 126 long-term care beds, provides extended basic medical care to over 100,000 patients annually.

This is where you get involved
- Reception and administrative care of outpatient and inpatient patients at patient admission
- Recording and capturing patient data in the ERP system Navision
- Checking and clarifying insurance coverage with accident insurance and health insurance companies
- Ensuring correct and complete recording of patient data
- Contact person for patients, relatives and external agencies for administrative questions
- Preparation of elective admissions
- Email correspondence and other back-office tasks
You
- Completed commercial or medical training or comparable qualification
- Experience in healthcare, especially in patient admission, administration or secretarial work, is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
- Structured and independent working style, even in stressful situations
- Good IT skills (MS Office an advantage)
- Good knowledge of social insurance
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
