Your Tasks

• Analysis and reporting of total project costs
• Control and analysis of budget, revenue and costs
• Preparation of financial and management reports
• Management and analysis of the overall project schedule with Primavera P6
• Monitoring of subcontractors' schedules
• Development and maintenance of progress measurement tools
• Reporting on project progress and schedule development
• Preparation of regular project reports, management dashboards, S-curves, KPIs and forecasts
• Analysis of claims regarding additional execution time
• Development and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Preparation of project and ad-hoc cost estimates
• Analysis and evaluation of changes and additional costs from contractors
• Review and approval of cost- and schedule-related reports
• Development, maintenance and regular updating of the integrated project schedule with Primavera P6

Your Profile

• University degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project controls, scheduling and cost control on large construction or EPC projects
• Experience with an international EPC company
• Solid practical experience with Primavera P6
• Proven experience in cost control
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress measurement and variance analysis
• Experience with Earned Value Management, schedule risk analysis, delay analysis and change management
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with project reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a multinational and multidisciplinary project environment
• Fluent in German, English and Turkish
