• Precisely manufacture complex steel constructions according to plan specifications
• Lead and organise an assembly team of up to four people
• Implement digital and three-dimensional work according to specifications

• Completed training as a plant and equipment builder
• Solid experience in general steel construction as well as in high-composite construction (hybrid)
• High accuracy in implementing plans, including digital 3D models
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with creativity and flexibility
• Reliability in carrying out tasks
• Crane operator licence A or B is an advantage
