Responsibilities:
You manage the international export processing from the offer to delivery.
You lead the internal freight forwarding department both professionally and personally.
You coordinate export deliveries cost-effectively and on schedule.
You are responsible for ensuring export compliance.
You independently handle origin issues and the corresponding documentation.
You continuously review and optimise export processes.
You lead internal projects in the area of export and logistics.
You work closely with sales, project implementation, and the legal department.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in export or foreign trade.
Several years of experience in international export processing of industrial goods.
Solid practical experience in export business with EU and overseas markets.
Good knowledge of export control and compliance.
Confident handling of origin and foreign trade topics.
Experience in leading employees and internal projects.
Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and high personal responsibility.
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
