Polymechanic (m/f/d) specialising in milling production 100%

Your main tasks

• Setting up and operating 3-5 axis milling machining centres
  
• Manufacture of workpieces from various materials
• Manufacture of clamping jigs and fixtures
• Optimisation of the provided CNC programmes
• Active assistance in optimising production processes, continuous improvement process (CIP)
  
• Standard maintenance on the equipment
  
• General mechanical work
  

Your profile

• Apprenticeship as a polymechanic
• Several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge in mechanical machining
• Good knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Programming skills with TopSolid an advantage
• Independent, precise working style as well as a high quality awareness
• High social competence and communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (B1)
• Willingness to perform and resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work)
