Responsibility

• Conducting written and oral consultations and advising clients in all areas of haematology
• Group-wide professional co-responsibility for the entire haematological diagnostics (general haematology, immunohaematology, coagulation, molecular haematology including NGS) as well as taking over the assessment and reporting of haematograms, blood smear examinations, integrative bone marrow diagnostics and molecular haematology, option for personnel leadership responsibility
• You take over the assessment and reporting of haematograms, blood smear examinations, integrative bone marrow diagnostics and molecular haematology
• Taking over the assessment and reporting of immunophenotyping (10-colour flow cytometry) from blood, bone marrow, lymph nodes and other body fluids
• Introduction of new technologies and methods and taking over scientific activities where possible as well as giving internal and external presentations

Profile

• Training as a haematologist FMH and FAMH or equivalent training
• Clinical experience, laboratory experience advantageous
• Very good German, good French and English skills advantageous
• Enjoyment of consultative work
• Openness to new methods and techniques
