Team Leader Electrical Planning (a)

Your tasks with us

• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of electrical planning within engineering
• You plan and prioritise tasks, deadlines, and resources and ensure the quality of the electrical documentation
• You develop the employees professionally, promote knowledge transfer, and support structured onboarding
• You are responsible for working methods, standards, and processes in electrical design and planning and develop these in a practical manner
• You assist in recruiting new employees and in the professional assessment of candidates
• You coordinate the work with the mechanical and software departments as well as operations and customer service
• You manage and optimise the ECAD Zuken E3 and ensure the proper use of templates and libraries
• You develop and introduce new hardware components
• You prepare, document, and verify electrical schematics, parts lists, manufacturing documents, and technical documentation
• You create technical concepts for customer-specific solutions

Your profile

• You have a basic electrical training as an automation technician; further training as a certified electrical engineer (HF) is an advantage
• You have solid professional experience in electrical planning, electrical design, or in the field of mechatronic systems
• You bring very good electrical and CAD knowledge; experience with Zuken E3 (or EPLAN) is an advantage
• You enjoy professionally leading a small technical team, passing on knowledge, and developing practical solutions together
• Leadership experience is an advantage; more important are solid expertise, a sense of responsibility, and clear, binding communication
• You speak very good German; good English skills are an advantage
• You are a technically skilled, team-oriented, and flexible personality with creative abilities
• Your strengths include an independent, precise, and reliable way of working
