Job description

The Foundation for the operation of pensions for elderly people La Vespérale, founded in 1977, is a non-profit public law foundation. It manages two residences, La Poterie (73 residents) and Les Arénières (86 residents). The La Vespérale Foundation strives to create a respectful living environment for the residents, who are at the heart of the institution's mission.

The La Vespérale Foundation is looking to recruit for the Arénières site:

A QUALIFIED NURSE AT 80%

Main mission:

• Implement and develop individualised support projects for residents in collaboration with other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Provide quality care and monitoring in line with the institution's philosophy
• Ensure a comprehensive vision of continuity of care for each resident
• Use available tools to ensure the necessary transmissions and information for smooth work processes
• Supervise the work of nursing assistants and coordinate the multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in the reception, supervision, and integration of trainees and new staff
• Prepare, distribute, and monitor the medication intake of each resident
• Be the referent for a group of residents
• Keep residents' information and medical records up to date
