Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You ensure the well-being and safety of our residents with and without dementia during the night and are a calm, reliable contact person.
- You independently take on nursing and care tasks within your competencies and support with nighttime needs.
- You ensure a calm, pleasant atmosphere and contribute to our residents feeling well cared for.
- You keep a watchful eye at night, recognize changes, and reliably share your observations with the team.
- You work independently and at the same time communicate well with the team for a trusting collaboration.
Our requirements:
- You have completed the SRK nursing assistant course, have experience in long-term care, and enjoy working with people with dementia.
- You work independently, safely, and reliably and take responsibility for your actions within your competencies.
- You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and can express yourself clearly and confidently.
- Respectful and empathetic interaction with elderly people is a matter of course for you.
- You bring a professional and appreciative attitude and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in everyday life.
