Event Technician with Project Lead Function 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

After task-specific training, you will take responsibility for

• Independent work as a technician for congresses and conferences
• Project management for medium-sized orders on site
• Working in the areas of audio, congress and video and occasionally lighting technology
• Support in the planning and preparation of orders
• Administrative tasks related to the planning of orders

Your profile

You have been professionally active for several years and have a qualification as an event specialist or equivalent professional experience. You are familiar with computers and networks and are proficient in their use. You are accustomed to flexible working hours, as well as weekend and public holiday work. You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written, and additionally have oral knowledge of English and preferably French. Polite manners and solution-oriented action are natural for you. You enjoy working in a collegial and flexible team, are resilient and also appreciate independent work. You hold a category B driving licence (preferably with a trailer).
