Setter / Changeover Operator (m/f/d) in Production

We are specialists in busbars and other electrical connections as well as shielding housings and heat sinks. As a partner of the (automotive) industry, iwis e-tec manufactures fundamental components for electric vehicles, charging infrastructure and other industrial applications.
iwis e-tec brings manufacturing know-how into the development process and is pioneering in the linking of production steps.

iwis e-tec employs 100 dedicated staff and, together with two other companies, secures the future of the iwis mechatronics division.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As a Setter / Changeover Operator (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Series production of stamped parts made of metallic materials in compliance with quality requirements
• Setting up, changing over and starting up stamping machines according to production specifications
• Independent operation, supervision and monitoring of production equipment
• Ensuring product quality and carrying out regular quality checks
• Documentation of process and quality data
• Monitoring of safety devices
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
• Compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and support of maintenance

You bring the following with you:

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or in a comparable metal profession
• Ideally professional experience in handling production machines in the stamping sector
• Technical understanding, good spatial imagination and interest in modern production
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Reliable, committed and team-oriented working style
