For our business division "Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions" (M&A) we are looking for a committed, conscientious and open personality.

What to expect

• General support of the respective team members in advising clients as well as structuring and brokering M&A transaction risk solutions; advising our clients on M&A transactions, in particular coordinating and moderating contract negotiations with a focus on the warranties and liability issues agreed in the transaction documents
• Support with administrative tasks of the other team members, i.e. analysing transaction-related documents, drafting submissions, preparing review reports, managing administrative processes before, during and after the completion of the transaction, ensuring the billing process and responsibility for maintaining the deal book
• Ensuring seamless service and close cooperation with the M&A teams worldwide in connection with cross-border transactions
• Participation in identifying and developing new products and markets
• Supporting collaboration with corporate clients, law firms, investment banks and management consultants, especially in Switzerland.

What you bring

• University degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a legal, financial or business background
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and innovative thinking as well as willingness to contribute to the further development of our business division, our products and our network
• Strong organisational and project management skills as well as attention to detail
• Efficient working style, high flexibility and reliability
• Initial experience in the M&A field (law firm, M&A advisor, investment bank) is an advantage
