Painter for Residential Renovations

• Independent painting work during residential renovations
• Proper selection and application of colours and materials
• Identifying and communicating additional efforts in collaboration with property management
• Participation in apartment handovers and assessment of the work
• Compliance with all safety regulations
• Supervision and training of apprentices

• Training as a painter with experience in customer painting
• Organisational talent and independent working style
• Customer-oriented, team player and communicative
• Experience in mould treatment and/or further training as a site manager is an advantage
• Good German skills, basic MS Office knowledge
• Driving licence category B
