Tasks

You will strengthen our sales team as a Sales Representative in Field Service Non-Food (m/f/d) «Gastronomy, Catering», Germany, Baden-Württemberg region, postal codes 72, 77-79

In this role, you are responsible for the assigned sales territory in our Non-Food sector and manage it independently. We are explicitly not looking for a classic "representative". You discuss on equal terms and, thanks to your practical experience in sales in this industry, you are a competent contact person, a problem solver and idea generator who understands our customers. You will grow into this role; we will give you the necessary time for it.

Your areas of responsibility

• You comprehensively support and advise our customers in the Non-Food sector as a committed service provider
• You acquire new customers with passion, perseverance and negotiation skills and expand existing customer relationships
• You are able to correctly identify customer needs, potentials and opportunities and actively help to develop marketable solutions
• You persistently achieve jointly defined goals
• You complete project tasks independently, reliably and on time
• You like our customers and products

Requirements

Endurance, mental flexibility, social competence and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths. You have successfully completed vocational training in packaging or gastronomy/food and already have sales experience. As a career changer from another industry with sales experience, you are welcome to apply. We support you in the transition. You know how to proceed in a structured and methodical way and have an independent and service-oriented working style as well as a positive basic attitude. If you also bring fluent German and confidence in the use of current IT and ERP knowledge, then you fit with us. Your place of residence is within the sales territory.
