About the job

As a lifeguard at the Rüti swimming pool, you dedicate yourself daily to ensuring our bathers feel welcome and can enjoy relaxing and carefree summer days in a well-maintained environment.
To complement our well-coordinated team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 April 2027 or by arrangement as
Lifeguard 100 %
This is your job:
- Pool supervision, first aid service and maintenance of technical equipment
- Cleaning, repair and upkeep work (including green areas)
- Customer care in and around the swimming pool
- Cashier duties and supervision of temporary staff
- Assistance with the opening and closing of the pool (season start 1 May)
This is what you bring:
- You keep a cool head even in great heat
- You have the will to pull together with your team
- You are humorous and enjoy people and the challenges of everyday life
- You have completed a vocational training, preferably in a craft or technical field
- You hold a valid Swiss lifeguard certificate SLRG Pro Pool or igba BAKU
- Experience as a lifeguard in an outdoor pool is an advantage
- Knowledge in the care of green areas or willingness to learn these tasks
