Freight Forwarder (m/f/d)
We offer a permanent position in our Road Division at the Eiken location as soon as possible as a Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) in our LTL/FTL department. The department is responsible for supporting import and export customers throughout Europe (focus on UK, FR, DE, Benelux). The team members are responsible for the successful handling of customer enquiries with the aim of continuously optimising the customer experience and building long-term customer relationships - before, during and after transport.

Your Tasks
- Customer Support: Handling national and international customer enquiries in the assigned area
- Order Processing: Acceptance, verification and initial recording of incoming customer orders as well as carrying out customs clearance checks
- Data Maintenance: Recording, maintaining and updating customer data in the internal TMS
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the forwarding environment
- You are very familiar with common MS Office applications
- Your German and English skills are business fluent, both spoken and written
- You work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner
- You are flexible and enjoy an environment that is constantly evolving
