HR Assistant & Management Support 60% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- You independently support personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit.
- You prepare employment contracts, confirmations, references, and other HR documents.
- You assist our payroll team with salary processing as well as notifications to social security and authorities.
- You organise and coordinate appointments, meetings, and sessions for management.
- You prepare presentations, evaluations, and decision-making materials.
- You support organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
Your Skills
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in a comparable role.
- You are confident in using common Microsoft Office applications.
- You communicate with style, appropriately for the audience, and solution-oriented.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.Networked thinking, flexibility, and a high service orientation characterise you.
- You are a trustworthy, engaging, and loyal personality.
