- Checking and plausibility verification of time recording
- Advising and supporting employees on HR-related topics
- Participating in various HR projects and optimizing HR processes
- Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
Your profile
- Commercial basic education and further training in HR
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- High level of teamwork and social skills
- Independent working style, high quality awareness, stress resistance, and trustworthiness
- Confident German language skills as well as very good IT knowledge
