To accelerate our growth in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a
dynamic and autonomous individual who will join our sales team based in Morges (VD) and be responsible for the commercial development of an existing client portfolio (farming).
Your mission
- B2B commercial development in French-speaking Switzerland
- Retention and development of an existing client portfolio and acquisition of new clients
- Sale of comprehensive solutions, covering the entire portfolio of hardware and IT accessories offered by Bechtle (more than 30,000 items)
- Identification and qualification of client needs, preparation of offers in collaboration with back-office and technical departments, up to project completion
- Collaboration with various Bechtle group entities, as well as with our partners, manufacturers, and distributors
Your profile
- Experienced sales professional, you enjoy contact, have an entrepreneurial, positive, and motivated mindset
- You have a very good understanding of the IT world and master digital transformation concepts
- Comfortable with numbers, you are proficient with common office/AI tools and demonstrate autonomy in your daily work
- You have a network within the economic fabric of your region
- You are flexible, have an excellent presentation, and are open to change and innovation
- You reside reasonably close to Morges / Geneva
- You speak French fluently and also express yourself in English or German
