Team Leader Swiss Finish (m/f)

We have numerous exciting tasks for you

• Professional leadership and coordination of a 3-person team
• Active participation in setting up, assembling, and providing materials and components
• Rectification of technical defects and maintenance work
• Deputising for the Key User Warehouse
• Optimisation and further development of warehouse processes

For our shared success story, you bring

• Training as a logistics specialist EFZ and professional experience in logistics
• Initial leadership experience, further training in logistics or processes is an advantage
• Forklift licence
• Good German skills and English skills are an advantage
• Independent and structured working style, Lean Management (TPS) is your passion
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
