This role is based at our Basel site within the Established Pharmaceutical Division, where we deliver trusted medicines to fast-growing markets worldwide.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Ensure TPMs meet cGMP, Abbott’s and regulatory standards for safe, high-quality products.</li><li>Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Monitor quality performance and manage Quality Technical Agreements.</li><li>Act as QA lead for deviations and complaints investigations, CAPA, , product release issues, validation and change controls.</li><li>Coordinate audits, new projects, and compliance initiatives with TPMs and internal teams.</li><li>Lead QA activities during technology transfers, including change control, method validation, and process verification.</li><li>Support new product introductions, geographic expansion, and portfolio growth.</li><li>Collaborate across functions and regions to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Quality, Production, Technical Support).</li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP and international quality standards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.</li><li>Proven leadership and ability to foster collaboration.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 30%.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Expertise in cGMP for solid, liquid, injectable, and biosimilar products.</li><li>Certifications such as IRCA Lead Auditor or GMP-GDP training are an advantage.</li></ul>Why Abbott?At Abbott, you’ll work on projects that matter and have opportunities to grow your career.
