What you will be doing here exactly:

• Preparing court orders for repossession and criminal complaints (vehicle repossession)
  
  
• Resolving debt enforcement objections and defences (reopening proceedings, conciliation proceedings, legal protection in clear cases)
  
  
• Challenging correspondence with customers, authorities, insurers and third parties (trust offices, lawyers, specialist agencies, social welfare offices) regarding debt collection

• Participation in court and justice of the peace hearings
  

How to get along well with us:

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent further education
  
  
• Professional experience in the debt collection sector
  
  
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and French is essential, additional languages are an advantage

• Resilient, flexible and independent personality with a high level of quality awareness and initiative
