- Responsibility for the areas of Business Development, Strategy, Innovation at RUAG Real Estate
- Responsibility for positioning the company in the Swiss real estate market
- Further development of existing business cases as well as development of new business models
- Collaboration in the creation of market appearances at the level of properties and sites as well as documents focusing on new construction / renovation of industrial and commercial spaces
- Support of site development in product definition in cooperation with other internal and external specialist departments
- Creation and implementation of marketing instruments including budgeting of necessary investments as well as associated controlling and reporting
- Monitoring and analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitors and target groups
- Budget responsibility and success controlling with measurement of KPIs and ROIs
- Development and implementation in the area of marketing and property management
- Planning and conducting workshops
- Completed studies in business administration or real estate management
- Several years of experience in business development and/or strategy
- Experience in designing new business models
- Experience in digital transformation and innovation
- Confident handling of business cases, KPIs and business development
- Experience in preparing, conducting and following up workshops
- Ability to recognise market trends and translate them into concrete business opportunities
- Communicative personality with a pronounced analytical and strategic mindset
- High initiative, independence and implementation strength
- Initial experience in the Swiss real estate market is an advantage
- Very good German skills, French desirable
