Your Tasks
As a member of our SAP Competence Center, you support our implementation partner in the introduction of the personnel administration solution SAP HCM at the Cantonal Hospital Aarau and Hospital Zofingen. You participate in concept development and competently assist in the introduction of new functions. As an experienced SAP HCM Application Manager, you support the HR department in analyzing, designing, and optimizing its core HR processes and accompany their mapping in SAP HCM.
You coordinate all requirements in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, ensuring high quality from conception through realization to implementation, including operational reliability.
- Support of the existing/upcoming SAP HCM/HXM & SuccessFactors system landscape
- Continuous conceptual development and optimization of business processes in SAP HCM/HXM
- Requirements analysis and development of corresponding solution concepts with subsequent monitoring of their implementation
- Interface management between developers, specialist departments, and external service providers
- Active participation in diverse SAP HCM/HXM projects
Your Profile
To fulfill these versatile tasks, you have a solid IT education or several years of experience in application support (including customizing) of SAP HCM. You see yourself as a bridge builder between professional HR requirements and targeted IT solutions and are familiar with personnel processes and their mapping in the corresponding SAP modules.
You possess very good communication and analytical skills, an excellent grasp, a pronounced quality and sense of responsibility, high independence, teamwork skills, and reliability. You work with head and heart and are a goal- and customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for new technologies and a willingness for continuous further education. You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, appreciate working in a small team, and remain calm and composed even in hectic situations.
