Are you interested in a city school with a village character? We are looking for a Special Needs Educator / School Special Needs Educator. Do you feel addressed or have questions? Then contact us immediately! The school unit LeGo includes the two locations Lerchenfeld and Goldiwil in Thun. The approximately 350 pupils are taught by about 45 teachers in 3 kindergartens, 11 primary classes and 2 basic level classes. Your workplace is in the Lerchenfeld school building.

Tasks
• You act as a specialist advisor and support for parents and teachers
• You conduct learning assessments, short interventions in classes and support children with IF provisions (SpU-A and S)
• You support children (3rd to 6th grade; probably classes 34b and 56b - Group B and class 56c - Group C) with difficulties in learning, performance and social behaviour
• You accompany one pupil (Cycle 2; scope: 2 bVSA internal lessons)
• Committed collaboration, consultation and assessment, discussions with parents, teachers and specialist agencies.
Requirements
• You hold a diploma / Master of Arts in school special needs education (or an equivalent diploma) or are in training for it.
• You are committed and motivated
• Independent working style
• Willingness for close cooperation with class teacher - parents - specialist agencies - school management
