Job Description

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machining centres at the customer’s site.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Analysis and rectification of mechanical, electrical and control system faults.
• Repair and recommissioning of machines and equipment.
• Implementation of retrofit and modernisation projects.
• Technical advice and training of customers on site.
• Creation and maintenance of service reports and documentation.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented assignments.

Profile

• Technical basic training as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrician or comparable.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of CNC machine tools.
• Good knowledge in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays away from home.
