Your role
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person who enjoys varied tasks and customer contact.
Specifically, this means:
- Handling service requests as well as creating offers and order confirmations are part of your daily work
- You support our customers in the service area by phone and in writing
- You plan, coordinate, and optimally organize the assignments of the service technicians
- You carefully record/maintain all orders in the system as well as in the planning tool Winner
- You follow up on completed orders and take care of correct invoicing
- Additionally, you support the internal sales department with various administrative tasks
Ideally, you bring the following skills
- A commercial basic education in a craft business or equivalent experience forms the ideal basis for this position
- Your experience in service or customer service is an advantage and facilitates your entry
- Good communication skills and a strong customer orientation characterize you
- You also bring an independent, structured, and precise way of working
- You are confident in using MS Office - knowledge of the planning system Winner is a plus
- A valid category B driving license is required
