Your role

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person who enjoys varied tasks and customer contact.

Specifically, this means:

Handling service requests as well as creating offers and order confirmations are part of your daily work
You support our customers in the service area by phone and in writing
You plan, coordinate, and optimally organize the assignments of the service technicians
You carefully record/maintain all orders in the system as well as in the planning tool Winner
You follow up on completed orders and take care of correct invoicing
Additionally, you support the internal sales department with various administrative tasks

Ideally, you bring the following skills

A commercial basic education in a craft business or equivalent experience forms the ideal basis for this position
Your experience in service or customer service is an advantage and facilitates your entry
Good communication skills and a strong customer orientation characterize you
You also bring an independent, structured, and precise way of working
You are confident in using MS Office - knowledge of the planning system Winner is a plus
A valid category B driving license is required
