What you will achieve

• You prepare raw materials and ingredients and produce sausage meat according to specified recipes and quality standards.
• You perform simple management tasks in the production system and familiarise yourself with our products.
• You carry out manual specialist tasks independently and support other production areas if needed.
• You operate and set up machines and equipment and undertake the necessary maintenance and cleaning work.
• You adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines and live the values of the Migros Group in everyday work.
• You work flexibly and reliably, even with irregular working hours or shift work.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: (e.g. meat specialist or food technologist)
• Professional experience: You bring practical experience in meat processing and knowledge of processes and procedures in production. You are physically fit and ready to work in demanding environments (noise, cold, draught).
• You have German language skills at level B1.
• You are open to change and enjoy working in a team.
• You are familiar with machine and equipment operation and have a good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.
• You are willing to take responsibility and apply your coordination skills.
• You show commitment and are motivated to contribute in a versatile and demanding work area.
• You are willing to work from 01:00 to 10:30 (partly night work).
• German (B1)
