You will
- advise in the area of our digital services (including E-Banking, Mobile Banking, Twint) by telephone, messenger and e-mail
- work Monday to Friday with occasional shifts on Saturday
- work in a young, dynamic team
You bring
- a completed basic training in the service sector or are studying
- German and French language skills, spoken and written
- a high level of teamwork and openness to new things
- a courteous, sociable and solution-oriented personality
