Your Tasks
- Planning and conducting individual and group therapies
- Diagnosis and therapy of speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders
- Meal accompaniment
- Conducting standardised test procedures and clinical swallowing diagnostics including diet progression and recommendation of suitable diet forms
- Training and counselling of relatives
- Ensuring patient documentation
- Self-management in daily routine
- Working in an interdisciplinary team
- Participating in case discussions and therapy planning
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a speech therapist
- Ideally knowledge in the treatment of neurological and/or geriatric patients
- Experience in dysphagia therapy and knowledge of instrumental procedures (e.g. FEES) desirable
- Experience in Bobath therapy desirable
- You possess a high degree of self-management, are flexible and work in a structured manner
- Ability to work in a team as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives
