We are an official Bosch Car Service centre for all brands, represent the motorhome manufacturer brand ROBETA and WOMONDO, and are specialists in special equipment. In our specialised workshop, we outfit vehicles according to customer wishes and are a reliable partner for various garages and public services (police, fire brigade, city bus, taxi companies, and more). From solar systems to parking heaters to courier vehicles with ovens, we offer a wide range of services.

For our company, we are looking for an experienced vehicle electrician, automotive diagnostic technician / mechatronics technician with future leadership ambitions 80-100% as deputy workshop manager with future prospects.

These tasks await you:

• Independent leadership duties in the ROBETA, BOSCH, special workshop
• Administrative tasks in the workshop process
• Work allocation and organisation of daily business
• Procurement of spare parts and management of spare parts warehouse
• Mechanical and electrical diagnostic work
• Repair and maintenance work on cars and commercial vehicles
• Preparation for vehicle inspections
• Overhauls and modifications on special vehicles
• Additional equipment on cars, commercial vehicles and campers
• Responsibility for various processes in the company
• Participation in company organisation
• Further training desired

Your profile:

Completed training and several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or vehicle electrician, completed training as an automotive diagnostic technician or desire for further training as an automotive diagnostic technician.

• Experience with Fiat and Fiat Professional brands is an advantage
• Experience with Bosch diagnostic systems is an advantage
• Willingness and desire to take on responsibility
• Ambitions to become a leader, possibly with experience
• Experience in electrical diagnostics
• Independent and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality
• Physical resilience and willingness to work
• Willingness to change and flexibility
• Team player
