Your Tasks

First point of contact for occupational safety and health protection topics in the company
Implementing and complying with legal safety regulations as well as the industry solution
Training new employees and conducting the annual in-house training
Supervision and training of apprentices in the sanitary & heating sector in cooperation with practical trainers
Organization and implementation of monthly learning afternoons

Your Profile

Completed basic training as a sanitary or heating installer with several years of professional experience
Further training in occupational safety as well as vocational trainer course
Solid experience in occupational safety, health protection, and supervision of apprentices
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Abacus knowledge is an advantage
Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as pronounced social skills
Reliable and independent personality with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
