Your responsibilities
You are the contact person for insured persons, employers, authorities, and regional employment centers. In your work, you review and process incoming benefit claims. You are also responsible for calculating and paying insurance benefits and issuing decisions. Our customers and partners in AVIG enforcement will advise you competently and service-oriented.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured way of working
- In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are desired.
