Your tasks

• Personnel and professional management of around 20 employees including evaluations and annual reviews
• Recruitment, induction, promotion, and further development of employees
• Implementing the sales strategy, ensuring professional market development
• Presenting new ideas and concepts as well as assisting in the development of new products and projects
• Supporting customer advisors with key accounts and important projects
• Handling complaints and warranty cases
• Ensuring ICT support and acting as the interface to external IT partners
• Acting as a member of the management team

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the wood, interior construction, or metal construction industry
• Leadership experience as well as experience in consulting, sales, and project management
• Further training as a management specialist, business economist HF, technical merchant, or technician HF
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and support employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as confident appearance with strong negotiation skills
• High quality and responsibility awareness and enthusiasm for personnel management
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• German: fluent (C2) / French: knowledge advantageous (B1-2)
