Construction Sector Manager 80-100%

In this role, you will work within the Construction sector of the Production department.

Your mission

As part of the upcoming implementation of a major extension project in the field of hydraulic energy in Valais, a new "Construction" sector will be created. Your mission will be to develop the necessary resources and skills, including the establishment of project management processes. You will ensure the technical leadership and personnel management of the "Construction" team and be actively involved in the organisation of the project. You will be responsible for the targeted and long-term development of the "Construction" sector.

Your profile

• University education (ETH or FH) in a technical field (civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering) or equivalent training
• More than 10 years of experience in project management related to the execution of large interdisciplinary infrastructure projects (major projects focused on industry and energy)
• More than 5 years of experience in management positions
• Extensive experience and knowledge in commercial and legal matters in contract management during the execution phase
• Organisational, planning and coordination skills; good writing skills
• Ability to manage stress
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team; participative management style
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy and negotiation
• Native German or French speaker with a very good knowledge of the other language (min. B2)
