For our tax team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a committed, structured, and reliable personality as an assistant.

Your tasks:

• Together with other team members, you are responsible for tax advisors and support them comprehensively in administrative matters
• You assist with submissions to the tax authorities
• You create correspondence, presentations, and invoices in German and
• English
• You maintain regular contact with clients and authorities
• Organizing meetings and travel as well as supporting the planning and execution of events are also part of your responsibilities

Your profile:

• Commercial training (EFZ or equivalent)
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• You work independently, efficiently, and precisely. You are characterized by your initiative, flexibility, and helpfulness
