About the job

The political municipality of Diepoldsau employs – excluding teachers – around 170 staff in various professions and positions in administration, the municipal depot, after-school care, and the Rheinauen centre.

For diverse municipal and regional projects in civil engineering as well as in the areas of transport and drinking water, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager.

The varied tasks include

Definition and assessment of projects/project phases
Obtaining and checking quotations (public procurement)
Accompanying and controlling projects (time, costs, quality)
Supporting the municipal depot in civil engineering, road construction, groundwater, sewerage, and similar areas
Information and coordination point
Implementation of official decisions

We expect

Training as a structural draughtsperson or as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in civil engineering
Further education/qualification at a higher technical school as a certified technician HF in construction planning civil engineering or university of applied sciences BSc in civil engineering
Experience as a construction or project manager in civil engineering
Negotiation skills
Commitment and initiative
