Medical Secretary/Floater 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Friendly first point of contact for patients and colleagues.
• Coordination of appointments and summons – always keeping an overview.
• Maintenance and management of data – precise and discreet.
• Writing reports and assessments from dictation.
• Internal and external communication – clear and professional.
• Processing enquiries and incoming mail.
• Varied tasks that make everyday life easier

• Medical training with administrative further education/experience or commercial basic training with further education as medical/hospital secretary
• Confident German in spoken and written form – you formulate precisely and understandably.
• Secure IT skills – you learn quickly and are not afraid of new programmes.
• Accurate, efficient and structured – you work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, motivated and with a high service orientation
