Your Main Tasks

• Ensuring inspections, maintenance, and repairs of production facilities
• Organising and carrying out planned as well as unplanned maintenance work
• Assisting with planned maintenance and resolving plant malfunctions during ongoing production operations
• Identifying and implementing optimisation measures within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP) in collaboration with the maintenance team and production
• Responsible for spare parts management in the assigned area as well as ensuring complete and traceable documentation of all maintenance activities
• Sharing insights and experiences from optimisations with the maintenance and product care team

Your Profile

• Completed basic vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic EFZ, automation technician EFZ, mechatronics technician EFZ, etc.)
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, electronics, and automation
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
