Our client is an established institution in the field of long-term care, dedicated to the professional and respectful care of elderly people. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a qualified nurse for the day shift (50-80%).

Qualified Nurse Day Shift 50-80 (m/f/d)

- Ensuring professional and holistic care of the residents

- Recognising individual needs of the residents

- Timely identification of emergency situations and appropriate action

- Participation in quality assurance of care

- Support in further development of care quality

- Management of electronic care documentation

- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups

- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH

- Professional experience, ideally in long-term care

- Good German language skills, spoken and written

- High social and professional competence in dealing with the elderly

- Independent and responsible working style

- Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team

- Willingness for specialised further training

- IT affinity and secure electronic care documentation
