About the job

The Purpose Association Care & Support Middle Tösstal provides the population of the member municipalities Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg and Zell with inpatient and outpatient care, support and residential services with over 250 dedicated and motivated employees. In the two inpatient care facilities "Lindehus" in Turbenthal and "Im Spiegel" in Rikon, 50 residents each with varying levels of care and support needs are comprehensively cared for. The "Spitex Middle Tösstal", which also belongs to the purpose association, provides around 700 clients with high-quality services in somatic and psychosocial care and support as well as in domestic services.

Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for a competent, strong leader and personally convincing individual as of 1 May 2027 or by arrangement, for the position of

Managing Director for 80 – 100 % (Purpose Association Care and Support Middle Tösstal)

These are your main tasks:

• Operational overall responsibility for the entire purpose association, chairmanship of the management
• Ensuring the high quality of services and customer satisfaction
• Personnel management, recruitment, planning and development
• Ensuring a good operational and working culture
• Successful financial management of the operations, budget and revenue responsibility
• Close cooperation with the operations committee
• Active role in the further development of the purpose association, the offerings and the implementation of strategy and resolutions
• Management of projects and working groups, participation in projects
• Representation of the operation internally and externally, maintaining contacts with all stakeholders

This is what you bring:

• Successful leadership experience, ideally in the health or social sector, proven business management knowledge, high service orientation
• Experience in project management and organisational development
• Economic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High social competence, enjoyment in contact and dealing with people
• Fluent German, spoken and written, communicative
• Driving licence category B
• Strong identification with the demanding task, a person who can motivate
