Our client is continuously expanding its range of services and requires additional support. Therefore, we are looking for a customer- and service-oriented person with a passion for technology for our client at the Veltheim AG location as
Salesperson | Technical Consultant (m/f/d).
Besides a great and motivated team, you can expect interesting and varied tasks such as....
- selling the entire range of services of our client and providing technical advice
- acquisition of new construction, conversion and/or renovation projects
- developing construction proposals and customized solutions; partly in collaboration with our engineers and/or designers
- handling the entire sales process including the preparation of administrative documents e.g. calculations, offers, order confirmations, documentation for public tenders
- independently and actively following up on offers throughout the entire sales process
- active presence with our customers such as construction companies, engineers, architects, general contractors, etc.
- further development and expansion of customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
- planning and execution of sales activities
You are....
sales- and contact-oriented, success-driven, a fan of the construction industry and especially precast concrete, solution-oriented, persistent and convince us with ....
- your professional basic training in the main construction trade combined with appropriate further education
- your professional experience; initial experience in precast concrete would be a great advantage
- your flair for negotiations, your enjoyment of customer consulting and your persuasiveness
- your passion for complex and unusual challenges and your enthusiasm for the fusion of technology and sales
- your ability to set priorities
- your very good oral and written German language skills
- your knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel is not a foreign word to you and you have, preferably, user knowledge of a 3D/BIM planning software
